Myhealth Delta Family Doctors

I am very grateful and want to thank and appreciate Kelly, the nurse at Myhealth Delta Family Doctors for being so helpful, patient and for providing me with all the necessary information related to my CarePlan at the practise. She also ensured she found the right allied services for me, who could deal with my situation and she went out of the way by cross checking with them by personally calling them before issuing the referrals. She did not stop at that and also ensured that the documentation was sent to the services at the earliest. I am fully blown away by her professionalism, gentle, helpful and caring nature. My deepest gratitude to the amazing health care professionals like Kelly, who support our wellbeing.

Definitely not happy with Dr Reza Heshmati, he was very unprofessional and he showed us that he definitely did not want to assist my son and essentially ushered us out of his office. It was my sons first time at this clinic as we have just moved to the area, and we are looking for a proper/consistent GP for his medical condition and further care plan. When we arrived, He did not check my son’s temperature, weight, ears or chest, and he definitely didn’t seem interested in treating my son for his eczema, he just prescribed us the strongest medicine he could and then advised not to put it on his face only. No instructions on how many times the medication should be administered or for how many days/weeks.. He didn’t even examine my sons eczema before he prescribed the medication or ask about his medication history. As for the cough my son has, he just said, he’s a kid they always have a cough, and did not even check him at all. Mind you my sons throat has also been sore with some swelling. This Dr did not bother to do a basic check. Imagine my son, a 5 year old, had to ask him to check his temperature and he refused, and said I don’t have time. This sort of behaviour is appalling and I can only imagine how other patients are treated. Or is this treatment only reserved for a certain group of people? Safe to say I do not feel safe with my son or I continuing any treatment or care plans with this Dr at all, as he may actually cause harm to my son instead of helping out.

I had my first appointment with Dr Mahmoud Reza Heshmati Moghaddam at 1:10 on 7/3/23. Absolutely unprofessional and left the door open from the beginning. He couldn't even walk out to call my name, he had to say it from his room door (I was lucky to hear). I'm facing $3,000 (if not done before I'm 18) for my cyst removal and he just said "can't help". He said that 7 different doctors/specialist that have put me on meds were wrong, and then refused to write my regular script. I also have gynecomastia (which recent blood test showed) and he told me that everything is fine when I have had it for over 5 years. If I leave it for much longer I will be forced into surgery rather than meds. I admittedly stated what I thought of him, and left. Do not recommend him at all!!!
